All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or other non-defective reasons.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging in your email to our customer service team at info@candt.com.gt.
We reserve the right to decline replacement requests that fall outside the stated time frame or lack sufficient evidence of damage.
